At its simplest, reflection is careful thought, the gentle act of pausing - let the mind soften, the heart speak and allow your experiences to slowly untangle themselves into meaning.
When we give ourselves this stillness, life begins to make quiet sense. Patterns reveal themselves. Purpose whispers through the noise. And slowly, we grow - not through striving, but through understanding.
Yet beginning isn’t always easy. In a world that moves quickly, stillness can feel foreign. It can feel like doing nothing -when in truth, it is the deepest kind of tending. Light a candle. Let scent anchor you. Allow the nervous system to soften, so the inner world can gently open. Reflection becomes a companion, lantern for the path ahead. Guided by meditation, may this season bring clarity, courage, and quiet confidence.
