GIFT VOUCHERS

EXPIRY

All vouchers have a three year expiry (36 months) from the date of purchase.
Although we kindly ask you to redeem your voucher within a 12 month period where possible.
If a 'treatment' is chosen for the voucher, the treatment value is guaranteed for 12 months.
After the 12 month anniversary, the original price of the treatment (at time of purchase) will be offered for the remaining 24 months.​​

GOOD TO KNOW

The voucher cannot be redeemed or replaced after its expiry date and must be used by one person in one visit.

In the event that a voucher has been lost or stolen the The Benev is not responsible for replacing the voucher.

​

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards, nor can they be used with any other offer and/or special at The Benev.

Please note before booking, we do not accept gift voucher redemptions on public holidays.
