PROCESSING PAYMENTS

Our booking policy requires full payment at time of booking. By providing your credit card details, you confirm you have authorised  and consent to Idyllic Lifestyle Pty Ltd charging the cost of your booking.

 

Any additional experiences booked before or during your booking including spa treatments, food, beverage or retail — will be added to your suite and charged to your nominated card. In the rare event that The Benev or a third-party operator must cancel an experience, we’ll provide a full refund of all monies paid for that experience within 14 days. Our liability is limited to the value of the cancelled booking.

MARKETTING CONCENT 

 

We will only send you marketing emails or messages if you have given us permission. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails or by contacting us directly.

All accommodation and experience bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation with a valid credit card. A booking confirmation email will be sent — if you don’t receive this, your booking is not confirmed. Please review your confirmation carefully and let us know promptly if anything needs correcting.
