You choose the amount or select a particular stay / spa treatment and we will email, post or arrange for you to collect a beautifully curated gift card for your lucky recipient.

EXPIRY
All gift vouchers are valid for 36 months from the date of purchase. If a specific treatment was selected at the time of purchase, its full value is honoured for 12 months. After this, the original dollar value remains valid for the remaining 24 months, with any price difference payable at the time of booking. Gift vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period — we are unable to accept expired vouchers.​

We kindly ask that you treat your voucher like cash — lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of other gift cards.
