If you have booked spa treatments earlier you can request a check-in prior to your treatments subject to availability.
A few days prior to your arrival you will receive an email with all of your check in instructions. Our property operates a self check in & out process. We encourage you to plan your stay with our wellness concierge service and utilising our slow stay app during your time with us.

Our accommodation & Spa is an adults retreat and is not suitable for infants and children under 16 years.
Our accommodation is boutique with each suite accommodating up to 2 Adults with a king bed, unfortunately there can be no changes to any bedding arrangements. All suites are located on the ground floor but due to our heritage building we cannot accommodate guests with limited mobility.
Yes, multiple suites can be booked. Please email or call us to enquire about private bookings and group functions/ retreats
Our suites have a beautiful range of spa teas, coffee plunger, coffee & milk for you to enjoy.
We have created a beautiful community lounge area with an honesty pantry, bar, and cellar for you to enjoy during your stay with us.
Our B Pantry cafè is open for nourishment Thu-Sat from 9:30am until 2ish. Our menu follows the seasons and features fresh local produce.

Gift Vouchers can be purchased online through our website and can be emailed or posted in our gorgeous gift envelopes.
Online redemption of gift cards are via our spa only but can be used on spa, store, stay or eat in person at any time.

The Benev will endeavour to provide the accommodation but reserves the right to refuse requests for bookings or actual bookings.

All Bookings are subject to a minimum 2 Night Stay, with a Minimum 3 night minimum stay during peak periods including Christmas holidays and Public Holiday long weekends.

Rates are per room, per night and include all Room Inclusions.

Maximum occupancy per room is two people in all suites.

Pets are not allowed.

Indeed we do! We are more than happy to help you book your double spa experience with us. Submit your spa booking request HERE
We have a set group spa-ing experience that can be viewed here, this treatment is set and not available to any changes. If would would like to host a group experience with us please submit your request HERE
That’s okay! Our wellness concierge would love to help design the perfect experience - we can talk you through all the different options. We just need to know if you’re pregnant or how much time you would like to spend with us and we will do the rest.
Easy as, when booking your appointment online pop in your gift voucher number and it will be used to pay for your treatments. You’re welcome to redeem your voucher at the time of your booking.
Head to our website's main menu and click on "GIFT CARDS" - this link will give you a selection of vouchers to choose from - then follow the prompts to complete your purchase online!
If you’d like a voucher to be posted to someone, please buy a voucher and select ‘Via Post’ at the time of checkout.
We do not offer shower facilities after your treatment has concluded, our showers are in our treatments rooms and are required for our next guest.
We have heaps on unlimited street parking available on Warner Road, make your ways up the stairs, entry to the spa is on the right.
We supply everything you need for your treatment with us, this includes the use of a robe while you are at the spa. We do encourage you to 'stay as long as you need' maybe grab a book and head outdoors before or after your treatment.
How exciting, we have a range of pregnancy treatments available for you to choose from. Feel free to contact our wellness concierge and we would be more than happy to put together a beautiful experience for you.
